Information page for parents for the 2022 season

St Colmans Juvenile GAA provides gaelic football and hurling coaching and games activities for all boys aged 7 to 17 in the parish of Cloyne – which encompasses all households and schools in the local areas of Ballycotton, Cloyne, Churchtown South and Shanagarry.

Prior to 7 years old, all players aged 6 and under commence GAA activities with the two club nursery groups in Cloyne (every Friday at 6pm in Cloyne GAA new pitch) and Shanagarry (every Sunday at 11.30 in Russell Rovers GAA).

St Colmans Juvenile GAA is the underage wing of both Russell Rovers GAA and Cloyne GAA clubs and this successful amalgamation is in existence now for 10 years. The benefits of being involved in local GAA team sports such as hurling and football are many, most importantly it promotes friendship, community and respect which will undoubtedly stand to all youngsters as they grow and develop, especially as they transition from primary to secondary school.
